Beginner Training Plans
For those beginner runners, who are just looking for an easy to follow guide to gaining fitness, we have training plans for you too!
We have standard plans for beginners targeting the 5k, 10k and Half Marathon Distances. Again, these plans are designed to get you fit fast, whilst reducing your chancing of injury in the process.
