Personalised 12-Week Training Plan

We’re glad you’ve decided to join the Running Faster program! You’re 12-week program will be completely personalised to your ability and experience. This will be a progressive program, ensuring that your fitness continues to improve.

Your 12-week program will come with recovery and nutrition advise, along with explanations as to why you are completing each workout. Here at Running Faster, we believe that if you are learning about the benefits of each type of running, then you are more likely to stay motivated and consistent.

This will take 1-3 days to create, depending on the current demand for training plans. It will be written by Coach Callum, the Running Faster head coach and founder.
